Sovereign Grace Churches is a confessional family of churches. At the heart of our union is the truth of God’s Word that we believe, cherish, and proclaim together. While the Bible is our only infallible rule of faith and practice, we are also committed—and accountable—to a specific statement of faith that represents a summary of the teaching of Holy Scripture on key points of doctrine essential to the beliefs, conduct, and witness of our churches.

Sovereign Grace Churches is a family of congregations in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Australia, Africa, and Asia, joined by a common faith, fellowship, and mission. Our Statement of Faith is a declaration from many nations, because the one faith we profess is faith in a worldwide Lord and Savior. The unity we enjoy is not only relational and full of love, it is also doctrinal and founded upon truth. The truths in this Statement of Faith are the reason we rejoice and say together, “Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you! Let the nations be glad and sing for joy” (Psalm 67:3-4).
